For over half a decade, we’ve proudly served the Novi and surrounding communities as a minority-owned, locally operated fitness studio. Our workouts, including Kickboxing, Animal Flow, Strength, HIIT and transformation challenges, are designed to help members transform both physically and mentally. We offer something for everyone, whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete. In our close-knit, supportive environment, you'll find a place to belong.
Everybody walks in with different goals, and every class is built to meet you where you are. Some come to throw punches, some to build strength, some to move with more control, and some just to feel better every day. No matter your reason, you’ll find a class that challenges you in the right way and leaves you walking out stronger, lighter, and glad you showed up.
High-energy, self-paced kickboxing that keeps you moving from start to finish. You’ll punch, kick, and push through rounds that build stamina, burn serious calories, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Every class is coach-led, but you set the pace.
This is where you build a foundation that lasts. We mix strength training with controlled conditioning so you get stronger, move better, and carry that confidence into everything else you do. It’s functional, focused, and built for every fitness level.
Think mobility meets movement. Flow combines elements of yoga, stretching, and dynamic drills to improve flexibility, balance, and control. Perfect for recovery days or when you just need to reset your body and mind.
A true studio favorite. Elements blends the best of our training styles. Kickboxing, Strength, HIIT, and Flow into one balanced workout. It’s designed to hit all four pillars of fitness: strength, endurance, mobility, and control.
A beginner-friendly session that walks you through the basics. You’ll learn proper technique, get comfortable with the equipment, and build confidence before jumping into the main schedule.
Personal coaching in a small-group setting. You get the energy of a class, the accountability of a partner, and the attention of a trainer who’s focused on your form and progress. Semi-private is where serious results happen.
Our coaches prioritize proper form and technique, with personalized guidance and modifications available to suit every fitness level.
