We're excited to introduce a new, empowering class led by Savannah from Throw That Ass Healing Studio: Twerk & Affirm!

Join us for a beginner-friendly twerk session that will uplift your spirit and remind you of your worth—period. We start with setting an intention for our practice, followed by exploring foundational twerk moves, learning a short twerk flow, and wrapping up with a freestyle circle where you can showcase your moves and be affirmed by your community.

This intimate class is open to all levels of experience, and all gender expressions are warmly welcomed. Come as you are, and leave feeling empowered and celebrated as the incredible human you are!

For over half a decade, we’ve proudly served the Novi and surrounding communities as a minority-owned, locally operated fitness studio. Our workouts, including Kickboxing, Animal Flow, Strength, HIIT and transformation challenges, are designed to help members transform both physically and mentally. Find The Class That Moves You

Everybody walks in with different goals, and every class is built to meet you where you are. Some come to throw punches, some to build strength, some to move with more control, and some just to feel better every day. No matter your reason, you’ll find a class that challenges you in the right way and leaves you walking out stronger, lighter, and glad you showed up.

FITT FIGHTER

High-energy, self-paced kickboxing that keeps you moving from start to finish. You’ll punch, kick, and push through rounds that build stamina, burn serious calories, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Every class is coach-led, but you set the pace.

FITT STRENGTH

This is where you build a foundation that lasts. We mix strength training with controlled conditioning so you get stronger, move better, and carry that confidence into everything else you do. It’s functional, focused, and built for every fitness level.

FITT FLOW

Think mobility meets movement. Flow combines elements of yoga, stretching, and dynamic drills to improve flexibility, balance, and control. Perfect for recovery days or when you just need to reset your body and mind.

FITT ELEMENTS

A true studio favorite. Elements blends the best of our training styles. Kickboxing, Strength, HIIT, and Flow into one balanced workout. It’s designed to hit all four pillars of fitness: strength, endurance, mobility, and control.

FOUNDATIONS / NEW MEMBER CLASS

A beginner-friendly session that walks you through the basics. You’ll learn proper technique, get comfortable with the equipment, and build confidence before jumping into the main schedule.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Personal coaching in a small-group setting. You get the energy of a class, the accountability of a partner, and the attention of a trainer who’s focused on your form and progress. Semi-private is where serious results happen.

"My 6 week challenge was the reset that I didn’t know I needed – both physically and mentally. Over the past 2 years, working from home and being a mom to 3 kids doing virtual school. I stopped taking time for myself and didn’t know how to break the pattern. With the support of all the coaches & my Fitt Family, I improved so much. I found myself again and will continue to stay focused on improving. I am proud to say that I did lose almost 14 lbs & about 4% body fat. 6 weeks are officially done!!! I followed my coach’s recommendations, I followed through with what we laid out for me, and he constantly reminded me to just trust the process. And boom, here we are! I hit my goal! Down 6.2% bf, and lost 2–2.5 inches all around.
